Lyndon Crow Festival

Lyndon holds the title of Crow Capitol of the World.  First proclaimed by the Village Trustees in 1972 after a movement to remove unsightly properties in the village, the citizens at the time thought they “had something to crow about” and so the Crow Fest was born. National newspapers picked up on the story and letters were received from all 50 states.  The Crow Festival historically was celebrated with a parade, contests, charity ball game, food vendors, music, and beer tent.

In recent years, lack of volunteers have kept us from keeping the Crow Fest alive but, we hope to bring it back and better than ever. If you are interested in volunteering please sign up.
